We have basic training programs & diet plans, personalised programs, one-on-one personal training and the following group classes:
Lifestyle classes include full body weight training for proper toning, cardiovascular exercise, core and abdominal training for balance and great overall health & fitness…
We’ve added a few new classes for variety 😉 Pound / Roll-the-Dice / Tabata / Yogalaties and many more.
Mondays – Fridays: 05:00 – 06:00am / 07:00 – 08:00am
& Mondays – Thursdays: 17:15 – 18:00pm
