The Edge offers a wide variety of training programs and group classes to suite everyone’s needs. 

We have basic training programs & diet plans, personalised programs, one-on-one personal training and the following group classes:

Aerobics/Group Classes

Lifestyle classes include full body weight training for proper toning, cardiovascular exercise, core and abdominal training for balance and great overall health & fitness…
We’ve added a few new classes for variety 😉 Pound / Roll-the-Dice / Tabata / Yogalaties and many more.

Mondays – Fridays:  05:00 – 06:00am / 07:00 – 08:00am

& Mondays – Thursdays:  17:15 – 18:00pm

Join in the fun!

Or pop in a DVD of your choice and exercise away on our flatscreen television in the aerobics studio.

Spinning Class

We are working through the different levels of spinning;  speed, endurance, power etc. 


Spinning classes with Charles:  Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 17:30 – 18:30.  Book your bike now!

Free for Edge members.  Non-members pay R50 per class

Spinning class with the other trainers also available within the weekly group training classes 5am / 7am / 17:15pm … or by request. 

Dance Fit:

Come enjoy a dance workout and have fun with Zumba instructor Ruan le Roux.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:  17:15 – 18:00

Swimming Lessons

All ages & swimming levels welcome!  Hartswater Swimming Club members pay only R165 gym charge for the use of our swimming pool.  (Maintenance etc)

Water Aerobics

Come join a cool class of aqua aerobics.
